Snow!
Benjamin thought the snow was fun, but had a hard time getting his hands out to feel it, and fell on his face when he tried to crawl around. But he stayed dry and warm!

How do you like them apples?
Upon returning from Ohio, there was an apple left in the cooler. Ben discovered it and spent parts of the next several hours trying to get it out. He could reach it but it was too big to pick up with one hand. He finally succeeded in tipping the cooler over so the apple fell out. Here is what happened next:
And here is the apple after all was said and done:
I decided this apple was a loss and sliced it, cooked it, and cut it into bite-sized pieces for Benjamin to eat. He loved it!

Wooden Blocks
Are a Christmas 08 present from Grandma and Grandpa Moody. These things are worth their weight in gold! From those plastic rings to wooden blocks! I know Great Grandpa B would sure be happy to see this!

Exploring
Benjamin is really getting into the swing of moving! He crawls all over the house (and has actually begun to crawl out of my sight!), getting into everything he can find. He loves playing in the tupperware cupboard, although he is VERY interested in the refrigerator and dishwasher.
You can see all the tupperware scattered over the kitchen floor:
He is also busy pulling himself up on anything and everything, and walking around holding onto walls and furniture:

Lazy Sunday in the mountains!
He will be 10 months old tomorrow! Crazy kid has a big head! He is in the upper 80th percentile for head size. Man, I betcha he will be the head of his class! This little Moody is going to be head strong.
