Everyone's favorite baby now sits up very well! Ever since he discovered the joys of sitting up straight last week that is all he wants to do. He still topples every now and then, but is much better at staying upright. He can reach over fairly far to pick up a toy and still sit back upright:
He is, of course, as photogenic as ever:
We went to the pediatrician on Tuesday. Here are the stats: he weighs 19 lbs 11 oz and he is 27 inches long. These stats are at about the 90th and 75th percentiles. So he is still a big kid, but slowing down a little. My back at least is glad about that!

Amber, so glad you found us! We love reading your posts and keeping up with you and your beautiful girls. Thanks for the tip on the mai tai- I think I will be trying that, since I should be able to get the fabric cheap.
